Elevation Is A Method.
Not a Moment, a Method
If you've made it to this final chapter, I want to start by saying thank you. Thank you for walking through my story with me, and for being brave enough to look at your own.
Throughout this book, you've heard me say one phrase again and again: Elevation isn't a moment. It's a method.
I believe it with my whole heart. Because the truth is, my glow-up didn't happen in a single breakthrough. There was no magical day when everything changed. Instead, it happened through small choices, repeated daily, until they became who I am.
Elevation isn't something you achieve once and keep forever. It's something you practise. It's a way of living, thinking, and showing up for yourself, day after day, season after season.
What My Days Look Like Now
People often ask what changed. The answer is simple, and maybe a little surprising: my days are full of small, intentional rituals.
I take walks with my dog, the same dog I once believed I'd never be allowed to have. Those walks are my moments of presence, a chance to slow down, breathe, and let life happen alongside me.
In the evenings, I take care of myself. I do my skincare routine, the one I built when I stopped relying on salons and started treating myself as my own favourite client. Then I roll out my mat for yoga, reconnecting with my body and releasing the day.
And I write. Writing is still my most sacred ritual. I keep three journals: one for appointments, one for my personal thoughts, and one for my work ideas. Each has its purpose. One keeps my life organized, one keeps my heart clear, and one keeps my dreams moving forward.
None of these rituals are extravagant. But together, they form the foundation of the woman I've become. That's the method: simple practices, done with love, again and again.
The Standards I Live By
My life today is also shaped by the standards I refuse to lower.
I stand up for myself. After everything I went through, I no longer stay silent when I'm mistreated. I speak up, I set boundaries, and I remember that nobody has power over me unless I give it to them.
I distance myself from toxic people. Whether it's in love, friendship, family, or business, I don't make room for energy that drains me or tries to bring me down.
And I've accepted something that once felt impossible: it's okay not to be liked. Not everyone will understand me, support me, or celebrate my growth. That's their problem, not mine. I no longer shape myself to fit other people's comfort.
How I Handle Hard Things Now
Life still brings challenges. Elevation doesn't mean hard things stop happening. It means you meet them differently.
The old me would react instantly. I would absorb every hurtful word, spiral in my emotions, and respond from a place of pain.
Now, when something difficult happens, I take my time. I think it over. I plan how I want to respond. And then, and only then, I respond.
That pause has changed everything. It gives me back my power. It allows me to act from clarity instead of chaos, and from confidence instead of fear.
Where I Am Now
When I look at those photos from 2023 and 2024, I still remember how heavy everything felt. The exhaustion, the inflammation, the loneliness, the feeling of having no worth left.
Today, I feel confident. I feel loved, by others and, most importantly, by myself. I know that I am capable of anything I set my mind to.
And here's what tells me how far I've truly come: if I faced the same challenges again, I know I would handle them with ease. Not because life would be easier, but because I am stronger, wiser, and more rooted in who I am.
That's what this method gives you. Not a life without storms, but a woman who knows how to stand in them.
Bringing It All Together
Every chapter of this book is a piece of the method.
You begin by recognizing the woman you're becoming, and believing she's already within you.
You learn to know your worth, refusing to settle for crumbs while giving your whole heart.
You discover that luxury is a mindset, created through presence and care, not price tags.
You find clarity, and choose a life that feels true to you instead of following someone else's script.
You raise your standards, protecting your energy, your momentum, and your peace.
You practise discipline as self-love, always returning, even after the hardest seasons.
You elevate your circle, surrounding yourself with women who lift you higher.
You learn to receive abundantly, opening your hands to everything you deserve.
You rise through the hard seasons, knowing that pressure doesn't break a diamond. It reveals one.
And you live it all, day after day, as a method.
Where We're Going Together
This book is only the beginning.
My vision for Elevated Luxury Mindset is to build a large community of women who are rising together, supporting one another, and choosing themselves without apology. I want to bring everything I love together into one brand: coaching, journals, events, and spaces where women can come to heal, grow, and elevate.
I'm building high-touch coaching for women ready to invest deeply in their next level, gatherings where we can connect in person, and tools that make this method part of everyday life.
And I would love for you to be part of it.
The One Thing to Remember
If you forget everything else in this book, I hope you remember this:
You are worth so much more than you think you are, and you already have everything within you to make your dreams happen.
You don't need anyone's permission. You don't need to wait for the perfect moment. You simply need to believe in yourself enough to begin, and keep choosing yourself, one intentional day at a time.
A Letter to You
My beautiful reader,
If you've reached this page, you've done something powerful. You've spent time investing in yourself, reflecting on your story, and imagining the woman you're becoming. That alone is a sign that she's already on her way.
Thank you for trusting me with your time, your heart, and your journey. Sharing my story wasn't easy, but I shared it for you. For the woman who feels alone, the woman who's been told she's too much, the woman rebuilding for the second or third time, and the woman who quietly knows she was made for more.
If my story impacted you in any way, I would truly love to hear from you. I invite you to schedule a call with me. Tell me what resonated, share your story, and let's connect personally. Your review, your thoughts, and your journey matter to me more than you know.
I'm cheering for you. I'm proud of you. And I can't wait to see you rise.
With love and intention,

Reflect and Elevate
Before you close this book, take one final moment with your journal.
Which chapter resonated with you the most, and why?
What three daily rituals will become part of your own method?
What are your non-negotiables from this day forward?
How will you respond the next time something hard happens?
Describe the woman you'll be one year from now. What has she created, healed, and received?
Write yourself a short letter, from the woman you're becoming to the woman reading this today.
Remember: elevation isn't a moment. It's a method.
